This dressing recipe happened by default one day when I didnt have the few minutes it takes to make a quick mayonnaise.
Easy Mediteranean Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Tb quality olive oil
- 3 Tb tahini
- 2 Tb frehsly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 3 Tb water to mix
Method
- Place all ingredients except water in a jar and shake.
- add water and shake again.
- Taste and season to personal taste.
